Does it send from my WhatsApp number?
No. It sends from PaidKindly's verified business number, and every message clearly says it's from your business. Your personal WhatsApp stays personal.
Is this allowed? What about POPIA?
Yes, with your client's consent. You confirm each client has agreed to receive WhatsApp messages about invoices, and they can reply STOP at any time. We only use their details to send your reminders. See our privacy policy.
What if my client replies?
We forward their reply to you straight away, so the conversation stays between you and your client.
Do I have to change how I invoice?
No. Keep using whatever you use now. Just add the amount and due date, or upload the PDF.
Will it annoy my clients?
No more than you would, just on time. Four reminders at most, and they stop the moment the invoice is paid.
